Are you a natural leader? Do you have experience coaching and inspiring large teams? Nike is on the look out for retail leaders to head up departments across Product, Operations and Stockroom.
Multiple newly created Coach positions are available at our Manawa Bay store with start dates in August.

Reporting into the Head Coach (Store Manager), you will:
Lead: ensure the team provide fantastic customer service!
Coach: provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate your Department, through training, performance management, as well as succession and career planning
Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
We are wanting to speak with talented retail leaders that can head up departments within Product, Operations or Stockroom. To be successful in this role, these are all the great things you can bring to Nike;
A passion for the Nike brand
Previous retail leadership experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Great time management
Ability to think on the fly
The successful candidate will work a rotating roster and must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
