Description

As our Analyst - North America Commercial Finance Operations, you will help maximize revenue and deliver shareholder value through the maintenance of Customer Trade Terms. You will leverage your natural ability to establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams. In addition, your analytical and problem-solving skills will be utilized to identify, diagnose and resolve issues impacting customer orders and systems.

Your advanced ability to develop relationships with key business partners will allow you to gain and integrate input. Your passion for collaboration and working in a team atmosphere will be key in helping the team stay focused on our strategic goals while managing day to day operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively maintain all aspects of customer trade terms (discounts and payment terms)

  • Employ your knowledge and expertise of customers, sales order maintenance, order types, pricing conditions, products.

  • Leverage your working knowledge of and partnership with Sales, NAMO, CIG, and Customer Finance.

  • Maintenance of standard discounts and terms in SAP and JBA. Execute the annual account terms review.

  • Update system for sales programs; maintain discounts on Replen/AA products.

  • Coordinate credit memo execution and tracking; banked trade tracking; usage code setup/maintenance.

  • Process supplemental/manual override discounts; monitor and timely response to email inbox inquiries; retain documentation for audit purposes; respond to audit inquiries.

  • Other related tasks or special projects as needed.

  • Adhere to and clearly communicate Nike’s current policies & procedures and SOX compliance practices.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; SAP/JBA, Sprint, Cognos, and MMX experience preferred

  • Ability to create and deliver training materials in a comprehensive format

  • Team player: able to thrive in a dynamic team environment

  • Communicate effectively in a variety of settings & audiences

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 2+ years of work experience in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Sales Operations is required

Qualifications
