Nike Director Operations and Creative Production in Beaverton, Oregon


  • Bachelor's degree or higher; or combination of relevant education, experience and training

  • 8+ Years experience in retail leadership, strategy, operations, planning

  • Be able to lift 30 pounds

  • Be able to stand for 8 hours

  • Be able to climb ladders

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of inventory accuracy and establish KPIs

  • Identify root cause and process failures contributing to inventory errors

  • Own stewardship of product and completeness of inventory on campus (including temporary lockers and closets)

  • Must be able to work on Nike Campus


We are looking for a Director of Operations and Creative Production who will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of operational plans throughout the Innovation Labs! They will lead the vision and steward planning the calendar of change over and all moving parts of the lab from creative, fixtures and product. They will lead the strategy from leadership to production teams, partnering with the directors BOH and Samples Buying to land the seasonal operating model of the innovation lab. They will be the liaison to and for any agency or professional service work or vendors in the space.



  • Coordinate Innovation and Mock Shop Updates/Change-outs according to calendar

  • Lead Creative Production Team

  • Team calendaring for Resource Capacity

  • Ops Coordination Based on Seasonal Calendar

  • Partner Closely with Marketing & design partners on Creative Strategy

  • Lead Photography strategy/Capture Process in the Space

  • Seasonal alignment with partners BOH FOH to achieve successful seasonal turnover of product and story in Mock Shops & Essential Zones

  • Operational Strategy & Planning key cross functional teams (merchandising, visual merchandising, design and marketing teams)

  • QBR, IBA, Share-outs to team

  • Survey Collection

  • Strategy for Evolution in all Operations Development

  • Seasonal Review with Stakeholders to Gather feedback and insights

  • Serve the needs of the tenants while observing policies and protocols for product access and availability

  • Work confidently in Smartsheet, Tableau and Excel

  • Document process standard methodologies & improvements areas and validate the effectiveness of actions taken

  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and training materials for new and existing staff to enforce accurate inventory operations

  • Identify and elevate risks, issues, roadblocks and suggest solutions

  • Supporting a culture of continuous improvement where teams are encouraged to inspire change

  • Proactively contribute to a problem-solving Product Management community

  • Ensure inventory processes meets or exceeds Nike product security standards
