WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
9+ years of experience in technology transformation and 5 years in a management role
Relevant ERP Implementation experience at scale with multi-functional insights gained through project/program participation – SAP Experience strongly preferred
Experience with tools such as ALM, Confluence, ServiceNow
Practical application knowledge of standard release process(s), agile methodologies, and technical capabilities (including agile - lean, continuous delivery, SAFE, ITIL)
Experience communicating to a wide range of team members including senior management, executive leadership, and technical teams
Experience leading and running impactful, multi-functional teams with a proven track record to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely with senior leaders and multi-functional partners to deliver key critical initiatives.
Good social skills with the ability to empower and influence others, negotiate during situational conflict, and establish the best forward path in the face of competing points of view.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented matrixed environment.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
Lead the creation of strategies to ensure successful coordination and planning of all Tech Deployment actives from the first Mock Conversion to the end of Hypercare.
Drive and coordinate of tech cutover plan components, ensuring proper systems, interface, security, and batch ramp down across the impacted systems landscapes aligns with Business freezes and ramp down activities in preparation for Cutover.
Play a leading role in all Mock Conversions, Dress Rehearsal and Cutover Plan execution in close collaboration with the data conversion teams across all in scope systems.
Ensure creation of all tech ramp up plans to bring together the complete coordinated startup process in alignment with Business Ramp Up after Launch.
Collaborate and coordinate with Geography and Territory Tech teams to ensure all local Tech solutions are properly included in planning and execution activities.
Hands on leadership when performing Conversion, Dress Rehearsal and Cutover, being the Deployment voice in the room in person or virtually the teams will listen to and support.
Part of the Deployment Leadership Team and be the voice of SEC Deployment when working across SEC and Tech.
Lead and collaborate with our SI partner Accenture on all Tech work you're doing impacting deployment.
