Nike Finance Manager, Global Men's Apparel in Beaverton, Oregon


  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with emphasis in finance or accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience and training. MBA a plus

  • 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial/planning, and/or budgeting/forecasting

  • Outstanding analytical skills along with the strong ability to convert data/information into comprehensive insights and storytelling, including visual representation of data

  • Results-oriented, high energy self-starter with ability to manage through ambiguity in a dynamic environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence cross-functionally

  • Sophisticated level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint


We’re looking for a Finance Manager to support Global Mens Apparel and Accessories. This person will partner to drive Nike’s seasonal growth and profitability strategy through the Mens Apparel team. This person is a critical thinker, problem solver and effective communicator with strong ability to handle contending priorities in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment! They have the ability to see the bigger, end-to-end picture and ensure the plans and tools align to the larger strategy.


If this is you, you’ll be working with Global Mens Finance team in support of the Global Mens Apparel team.

In this role you will create and help implement strategic financial plans in support of Mens Apparel and Accessories. You will be the product financial expert obsessing the Mens portfolio, and responsible for the financial analysis and reporting that supports revenue and margin seasonal planning, SBR, and CSR. Projects include classification excellence, increasing commitment to sustainable product creation, inclusive sizing and strategic pricing. You will integrate plans associated with these iniatives into seasonal plans and financial targets.


In this role, you will have the daily opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional partners including product creation, merchandising, consumer planning, strategy, and product operations. Within the finance organization you will work closely with Apparel margin planning, the global and geo consumer finance teams, as well as sourcing and manufacturing finance. In addition, there is also a high level of exposure to Senior Leadership.
