  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of relevant education, experience, and training

  • 1-3 Years of experience in marketing, production, digital, product or social.

We’re looking for a Brand Management Specialist to join our Beaverton based team to help create the future of sport and engage Gen Alpha Kids (age 3-13 years old) in sport and play.

This role will support the development of marketing concepts that will fuel daily relationships with the Nike Kids / Parents consumer to make sport and play a daily habit.

The candidate should have a passion for product, comprehensive grasp of the kid’s digital landscape (especially YouTube, TikTok and Roblox), organizational ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, curiosity to learn, entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of encouraging strong working relationships across a complementary team.


You will work with the brand management, creative, and Nike Direct teams to develop content and distribution plans crafted to get kids active and help parents find the best products to support their children. We will work across global, geos and key cities to ensure that our ideas and executions connect with consumers around the world.

As the Global Kids Brand Management Specialist, you will:

  • Work cross functionally to complete instrumental projects such as Roblox, key sport moments (ex: World Cup) and seasonal product innovation launches.

  • Assist in the creation of seasonal marketing briefs and supervise the execution of digital and retail executions.

  • Be a key point of contact for our geography partners on product information and seasonal plans.

  • Be the team’s ultimate product guide – you’ll be the gatherer, communicator, and organizer of imperative product information such as launch dates, style codes, price points, innovation details etc.

  • Lead digital briefs for the Kids seasonal Look Book.

  • Place seasonal product buys for seeding and photo shoots.

  • Support the integration into the Adult led initiatives by providing Gen Alpha product and consumer behavior insights.

  • Help develop annual and seasonal content creation plans to engage and inspire Gen Alpha Kids across events, digital, and gaming platforms.

  • Lead asset development and distribution across multiple channels and geographies.


You will sit on the Global Kids Brand Management team which is comprised of specialists, managers, directors, senior directors and a VP. You will report directly into the Global Sr. Director of Kids.

You will collaborate with Nike teammates globally to build impactful plans to get more kids moving around the world.

You will primarily collaborate with the following internal and external partners.
