WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or a related field or combination of relevant education, experience and training.

  • 5+ years' experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Retail, Ecommerce, Marketplace Management, Brand Operations or Merchandising Operations for a multi-store retailer or wholesale.

  • Experience in navigating a matrix environment with multiple business functions.

  • Proven ability in communicating effectively, influencing & leading large-scale change and delivering results.

We’re looking for an APLA Nike.Net Digital Experience Manager.

This role will be responsible for building Seasonal digital experiences via Nike.Net (Nike’s B2B platform). These experiences will prepare, educate and align our Seasonal Nike brand plan with both internal APLA stakeholders and external Sport Marketplace Partners; inclusive of Nike Direct and 3PW retailers.

The candidate needs to have the ability to drive strategic vision and consumer experience development. The candidate should also have strong cross-functional leadership skills and be a self-starter to work on projects independently and autonomously. Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred but not essential.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Be the conduit between Go-to-Consumer Excellence Team, Gender Construct Product and Merchandising Teams, and Nike.Partners Team to drive efficiencies around process, digital seasonal experiences, and tool enhancements.

  • Drive and create opportunities for collaboration between inter-connected PGTC Teams and communicate/highlight opportunities.

Drive Seasonal Readiness Planning and Execution in Service of our Geo and Territory Stakeholders for Global Geo Pivot (GGP).

  • Organize, communicate, and bring the Nike brand Seasonal strategy to life on Nike.net for our Sell-In Code Moment.

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate Global Geo Pivot (GGP) process and execution to internal upstream and downstream teams.

  • Create and deliver a succinct Content Delivery Communications Plan aligned to GGP Code Gates and Team.

  • Audit content delivery from Global Teams and ensure that content is being organized and delivered efficiently to our territory teams.

  • Be the support person for all authoring on Nike.net Internal and External Experiences within our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS.

  • Troubleshoot and track tool issues/bugs, support authoring peers in problem solving and liaison with platform support teams.

Drive Seasonal Readiness Planning and Execution in service for our Geo and Territory Stakeholders for Seasonal Partner Alignment (SPA)

  • Organize, communicate, and bring the Seasonal Strategy to life on Nike.net for our In-Season Code Moment to align with our retail Partners.

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate Seasonal Partner Alignment (SPA) process and execution to internal upstream and downstream teams.

  • Audit content delivery from Global Teams and ensure that content is being organized and delivered efficiently to our territory MPU teams.

  • Be the support person for all authoring on Nike.net Internal and External Experiences within our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS.

  • Troubleshoot and track tool issues/bugs, support authoring peers in problem solving and liaison with platform support teams.

You’ll be working with Nike Gender construct Product and merchandising teams, Partner & Consumer Direct Marketing, Territory MPU and Code teams to align our Seasonal brand plan cross functionally.
