  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience and training

  • 5+ years of consumer marketing or related experiences in marketing strategy, marketing planning, marketing implementation, retail merchandising, consumer servicing, and event execution

  • Digital marketing experience

  • Project management experience

  • Budget management and tracking experience

  • High attention to detail

We are in search of a dynamic Integrated Retail Brand Marketing Manager to support the North America City Specialty Marketplace Unit. You are someone capable of being a voice and advocate for the consumer. You live and breathe basketball culture and understand trends in the marketplace. You are a master communicator and known for your project management, creativity, follow-through, and coach-ability skills.


In this role, you assist the North America Jordan CS MPU Directors in upstream seasonal planning and downstream execution to drive brand strength, fuel consumer demand, and strengthen our connection with consumers. Responsibilities include: working across multiple functions, within integrated marketing functions, and with external agencies to develop and implement plans for City Specialty/Hibbett marketing priorities. You’ll be the lead informer and communicator on cross-functional details, collaboration, consensus, and progress on key assigned initiatives:

  • The primary point of connection for marketplace partners and city teams as they are briefed and then through execution of plans;

  • Seasonal product ordering/seeding process;

  • Budget reconciliation

  • Vendor management

  • Accounts payable

  • Opening and handling PO’s in the system

  • Partner with Nike on integrated seasonal executions


You will support both the NA Jordan MPU Director for CS. You will work across the NA Jordan marketing function including Consumer Marketing, Consumer Direct Marketing, City Marketing, and Marketplace Partners Marketing. In addition, this individual will be involved in creating and implementing seasonal plans and strategic positioning/account initiative partnerships. You will also interface across functions within NA Jordan, NA Nike, as well as with Jordan Global Marketing, and Jordan Global One Creative.
