WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related subject area, or combination of relevant education, experience and training
3 years of relevant work experience
Retail demand planning, buying, merchandising, inventory management, production planning, marketplace operations or financial planning experience preferred
High level of proficiency of MS office, including Excel and PowerPoint
Detail oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills including meeting facilitation and presentation
Ability to resolve conflict and balance multiple priorities
Proven experience influencing people and teams
Ability to build strong working relationships with teammates and cross functional partners
Experience using SAP/APO, Cognos, or other advanced planning systems is preferred
Experience in a vertical or wholesale apparel, footwear or equipment organization preferred

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Consumer Planner to join our team! In this role, you'll develop demand forecasts and assortment plans used by Merchandising, Finance, Sourcing and Supply Planning teams to drive critical business processes. Our ideal candidate will need to have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Industry planning experience is preferred. We’re looking for a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, having courageous conversations and navigating a dynamic cross-functional environment.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Consumer Planner, you will optimize consumer demand to drive increased efficiency and revenue opportunities across both gender and product portfolios. You will develop objective, simplified, consumer-led plans and recommendations for your area of responsibility, aligning closely with cross-functional teams. Forecasting key demand planning metrics will be done using both seasonal and seasonless planning tools, collecting marketplace insights, and incorporating broader strategies. You will maintain and identify significant opportunities for growth within the North America product assortment and influence long term product strategies to ensure product is in the path of the consumer how, when and where they shop.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the Director of North America Men’s Consumer Planning and play an integral role in the overall North America Men’s Consumer Offense! You will collaborate with many cross functional partners including Consumer Merchandising, Merchandise Financial Planning, Marketplace Planning, Supply & Inventory Planning, Marketplace Operations, Analytics & Finance. You will be a key point of contact between the Men’s Consumer team and the Marketplace teams to ensure transparency and alignment of strategy and key demand planning metrics.
