Nike Procurement Performance Management Director in Beaverton, Oregon

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business-related field with emphasis in Finance, Procurement, Consulting and/or Planning, or combination of relevant education, experience and training

  • MBA preferred

  • Minimum 8+ years’ relevant experience in Procurement, Finance, business analytics, and/or consulting with minimum 5+ years lead cross-cultural and virtual teams (including functionally diverse work)

  • Understanding of financial P&Ls and multi-year strategy processes

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills (including ability to quickly tailor/present information to different audiences based on their needs)

  • Strong project management, including developing action plans, identifying deliverables, and communicating results

  • Experience with e-Sourcing Procurement tools such as Coupa, Ariba, or SAP is a plus

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Global Procurement Performance Management Director! We need someone who will:

  • Develop and evolve Procurement’s performance management approach to ensure consistent, reliable visibility across the enterprise

  • Structure and develop long-term roadmap for Key Performance Indicators and metrics that recognize all forms of Procurement value, beyond traditional financial / spend coverage

  • Socialize comprehensive Procurement value with key partners across the globe

  • Integrate Procurement into the multi-year planning process, in collaboration with Nike Finance and Global Business Planning

What you will work on

If this is you, you’ll be leading a global Procurement Performance Management team to:

  • Translate Procurement objectives into appropriate Key Performance Indicators and owners and generate integrated comms of Procurement updates for range of audiences

  • Develop governance of reporting in-flight initiatives and lead accountability and operational hindsight reviews and action planning

  • Collaborate with Global Business Planning to identify key future opportunities across the P&L

  • Coordinate annual planning process, driving achievements and deliverables

  • Lead and coach the team in the business reporting processes (monthly / quarterly)

  • Provide project management support to cross-Procurement initiatives that drive Nike’s growth and profitability.

Who you will work with

Business partner engagement will be critical to this role, and you will be responsible for both internal Procurement partners and the Leadership Team, as well as key Nike relationships with Finance, Business Planning, and Strategic Investments, across functions and geographies!
