  • 2+ years of experience in Product Logistics, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Operations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to operationalize inventory space by prioritizing, tracking, and securing product in a location that can serve all categories, functions, and geographies over the full lifecycle of the product. Ultimately reducing the “chase” time for NIKE product; enable less physical product to serve more of NIKE’s needs; minimize product loss.

This role establishes best in class inventory management processes, inventory, prioritize, track, and liquidate product for use. Contribute to policies and protocols to ensure accurate gatekeeping, safety, security, and risk minimization of Global Brand Marketing (GBM).

You will have capability to steward the product in the facility through its lifecycle including delivery receipt, unboxing, organizing, storing, retrieving and on-campus delivery of product and strategically work through situations and recognize steps ahead.


If this is you, you’ll be performing inventory related tasks such as accurate errors in inventory movement / balances, product logistics checking product in/out of the facility, lead all aspects of international shipping, document process best practices & improvements areas to validate the effectiveness of actions taken, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and training materials for new and existing staff to ensure accurate inventory operations.

A typical day/week looks like process inbound staging & receiving merchandise, maintain on-hand merchandise, inventory audits and cycle counts. Processing outbound domestic / international shipments, quarterly liquidations, returns, and maintaining sample, product, prop storage areas. Partner with Product Expert Team to ensure timely delivery of work orders based on established timelines and maintain priorities.
