What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
Relevant professional experience, ideally in a program management role
Experience with development program design and support
Excellent project management skills
Experience with a global marketing function optimal
Must be a strong collaborator
Excellent communication skills
Experience in developing reporting and analysis
Leadership experience a plus
Strong organizational skills

The Marketing Vanguard Program (MVP) focuses on growing the next generation of Nike Brand leaders. The program provides an extensive core curriculum of on-the-job experience, leadership mentorship and personal development.
As the Program Manager for MVP, you will manage two efforts aligned to the Marketing talent initiative: a summer internship program and a 2-year rotational program for full-time employees. We’re looking for someone with an ability to connect and inspire people! We need a candidate with strong program and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across HR, Marketing, and other business functions. Specific partnerships may include D&I, Talent Attraction, Events, Learning & Development, and Sports Marketing. Your organizational skills are beyond par, and you have a background in building tracking / analytical tools to measure success. What you will work on
Collaborate with Human Resource and Marketing functional partners to activate best-in-class programs.
Guide participants through the onboarding process, internships and multiple job rotations. You will interface with all program participants to ensure a consistent, supported experience.
Drive a consistent curriculum of on-the-job experiences & professional development for all program participants, developing the skillsets & expertise needed for the Worldwide Marketing Team of the future.
Maintain prioritization of the program and project portfolio, and delivery against key milestones.
Develop consistent metrics and reporting for tracking and success.
