  • Bachelor's degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience and training

  • Masters degree preferred

  • 10+ years professional experience in business, sustainability, or operations

  • Strong eye for business, superior quantitative and analytical problem solving skills, systems thinking

  • Extensive and proven leadership skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey complex information in a simple, easily understood to diverse groups of collaborators

  • Strong presentation skills

This role will implement our work convening industry partners, including other brands, in a pre-competitive space in support of an industry-led compliance system and begin exploring other areas of pre-competitive programs and impact.


As part of Senior Director, Partnerships and Engagement’s leadership team within Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) you will collaborate closely with the broader RSC team as well as colleagues in other functions across Nike, including Global Supply Chain and Global Sustainability.

In collaboration with senior leaders across Nike, including Global Sustainability, you will represent the company, and guide the strategy for engaging with other leading brands as well as Nike’s strategic suppliers. Leadership, partnership, and influencing skills are key to the role. You are committed to a vision of system change for the industry.
