Nike Women’s PGTM Digital Consumer Experience Manager in Beaverton, Oregon


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or a related field or combination of relevant education, experience and training.

  • 5+ years' experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Retail, Ecommerce, Marketplace Management, Brand Operations or Merchandising Operations for a multi-store retailer or wholesaler

  • Must have a self-starter approach and be able to work independently and autonomously

  • Strong understanding and passion for global ecommerce, digital retail trends and the Nike consumer

  • Knowledge of Nike's global marketplace and key online retailers

  • Project management, cross-functional collaboration and strategy building experience

  • Ability to navigate cross-functional environments, networking and influencing skills, operational background and innovative mentality.

  • Expertise in crafting dynamic and insightful presentations with PowerPoint/Keynote

  • Experience with digital photography creation process, video production, website production, digital merchandising, creative agency and project management

  • High technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, databases, digital imaging, internal systems, digital applications, etc.

The Partner Go-To-Market (PGTM) Excellence team will evolve and elevate our Go-To-Market (GTM) approach and associated tools to reflect Nike’s Marketplace vision while driving the most efficient and viable process to educate, prepare and serve our geography teams, and ultimately, our Retail Partners and our Consumer. The development of our relationships with our Retail Partners is imperative to the health and growth of the marketplace!


We’re looking for a Women's PGTM Digital Consumer Experience Manager with a self-starter mentality to build, influence and cultivate cross-functional collaboration, with a laser-focus on crafting and evolving processes. Our Manager will need to navigate within and provide direction to key partners amidst ambiguity. The team is looking for someone who is a strategic problem solver who will partner with leadership to generate and activate future thinking around how we educate and engage our Geography teammates about key product and brand stories each season. Our new team member will be an advocate on behalf of the PGTM Excellence and the greater Marketplace Partners teams within cross-functional settings and will be encouraged to influence and drive meaningful change!


As the Global PGTM Excellence Women’s Digital Consumer Experience Manager, you will partner with Global Content Creation teams to develop, source and share seasonal, sell-thru tools to help Geography PGTM & MPU teams build and accelerate the Nike Women’s Global digital commerce business. Providing in-season digital tools, assets and content to our geography teams across the One Nike Marketplace via the Nike.Net platform will be a key responsibility. Leading this will educate and engage Geography Partners and give them the tools needed build premium O2O shopping experiences for our consumers.

You will also drive innovation to serve our consumer better by identifying best-in-class digital shopping tools and experiences. Additionally, you will share geography best practices, business results and digital shopping trends across Partners and NDDC with key teams to help build the future of online shopping at scale. You will drive consistent and open communication with geography teams on seasonal asset availability, content usage and opportunities for process improvement. You will also work closely with the Nike.Net team to build high quality asset delivery/download experiences for our accounts.


You will be a part of and support the broader Global PGTM Excellence team but will directly report into the sub-function’s Director, Global PGTM Excellence Digital Consumer Experience. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining close collaboration with key partners across the Nike matrix including (but not limited to) Global PGTM (Nike.Net), Geo PGTM Excellence, Global Brand Partner Studio, Global Brand Image & Writing, the Consumer Construct Offense (operations, brand), Geography Partner Marketing, Nike Direct and external creative agencies.
