运用高级顾客服务技能、销售技术和产品知识，为顾客提供正确产品并且带动销售。
通过提供最高级别服务和在销售过程中融入品牌故事，建立顾客和耐克品牌之间的联系。
掌握店铺各项营运工作，熟练操作收银机进行正常交易、履行送货和收货职责、为销售区提供货物、履行清洁职责、进行商品陈列。
担任消费者和其他同事的产品知识专家。持续学习和接受培训，进一步培养高级产品和零售知识。
协助领导和经理培训员工。
主动提供顾客服务协助预防损失工作。对入店行窃或者内部偷窃事件保持警惕并且向主管报告可疑活动。
掌握特定品类或者专业产品的知识。
