A minimum of 8 years of business/retail experience – Digital/E-commerce & strategic competence with finance proficiency
In addition to strong leadership experience, we are looking for a candidate with good interpersonal skills as well as someone who can collaborate with and influence cross-functional decision-makers
Strong program management skills & attention to detail, with confirmed capability to use data analysis and collaboration to solve sophisticated problems and drive business decisions
A consistent record of encouraging partnerships to drive new business opportunities
Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative analysis, excel and PowerPoint
Strong stakeholder management skills, including consistent track record to successfully navigate environments with contending incentives

Converse is setting a bold strategic vision to lead with digital, serving our consumers with authentic products and experiences wherever they shop online. The Director of North America Digital Growth will be tasked with widening our digital selling footprint to gain new consumers, accelerating our digital growth potential beyond Converse.com. Central to this effort is the creation and expansion of commercial opportunities focusing on outstanding experiences with media partners and new platforms for direct selling. This person must be highly entrepreneurial, using strong communication, strategic, and analytic skills to validate concepts and scale for the future.
As a key member of the North American Digital Commerce team, you will drive growth and strategic vision across the following programs:
Leverage Existing Channels to Build Off-Platform Digital Experiences Driving Conversion to Converse.com
Explore technology and media partner capabilities to widen digital experiences off-platform. The focus here will be to push the boundaries of new technology to drive new and outstanding consumer experiences. This person will partner with 3rd party industry-leaders, develop and socialize business cases around organization, and execute plans to completion
Support in-person activations bringing digitally native experiences to live events, adding the connectivity of social selling & outstanding digital touch points to live events
Build Seamless Commercial Experiences Between Converse & 3rd Party Digital Partners
Build social selling experiences using new platforms, collaborating with key technology partners to create seamless conversion
Expand and scale dropship program, widening assortment reach to Digitally native partners. Build business cases for new partner roadmap and own long-term sustainable execution experience outside of Converse.com
Develop and drive plans to grow Custom business defining segmentation between inline and Custom and building plans to grow with new consumers
