Working on Converse’s North America Finance team will be rewarding and challenging; and it may be a step towards something bigger, but it most definitely will not be just another job. As the Senior Finance Manager, NA Ecommerce, you will be responsible for applying business acumen and influence skills to drive the Converse Ecommerce business. Responsibilities include:

  • Be the Financial lensthrough which new opportunities are evaluated for North America Ecommerceplatform

  • Lead analysis of new,consumer-centric business models and reimagine traditional sales models, todrive our digital transformation

  • Own the financialevaluation of Investment opportunities to accelerate Ecommerce capability developmentand business growth

  • Coordinate closely withBusiness Planning and Strategic Investments to ensure holistic management

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the keybusiness drivers to influence the planning cycle

  • Communicate financial story through thecommercial lens; long and short term financial planning to drive financialcommitments (3-year plan, Annual Operating Plans, Forecasts/R&O)

  • Driving consistency around inventory, revenueand gross margin, ensuring that best practices are in place for all commonprocesses including budget, forecast, and close

  • An ability to be equalparts thinker and doer, white-boarding strategies and problem-solving, with theinertia to get things done

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years' experience infinancial analysis, financial/strategic planning, accounting, and/orbudgeting

  • Deep Digital experience;demonstrated financial knowledge and support of an e-Commerce team

  • Expert modeling skills, withthe ability to translate complex analyses into clear and compellingnarrative

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance,Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; MBA, CPA or CMAcertification is preferred

  • Experience working within amatrix environment supporting multiple business partners.

  • Experience working for aFortune 500/multinational consumer products company or investmentbanking/consulting

  • SAP and SAP BI desired

  • Strong written and verbalcommunication skills
