Description

As the MBA Recruiter in EMEA, you'll play an essential role in Nike’s strategy to attract and hire diverse university talent across Nike’s business enterprise and to establish NIKE as the employer of choice on target college campuses across EMEA.

The primary areas of focus for this are (1) Elevate the university campus strategy (2) Own the events calendar for Internships, MBA and Graduate recruitment and (3) Lead the MBA recruitment process to ensure diverse hiring.

In this role you will be a member of the University Recruitment team, part of the broader TA function and your responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to the EMEA campus strategy in connection with the Nike talent and business strategy;

  • Ensure strong relationships with target schools and elevate Nike’s positioning as an Employer of Choice across EMEA;

  • Own the university events calendar and coordinate the events execution;

  • Work with internal partners & external vendors to prepare communications and materials needed for the campus events;

  • Support the Nike EMEA territories in the area of university relations, to ensure an effective and consistent attraction strategy;

  • Contribute to the MBA recruitment process and candidates management;

  • Take a data driven approach to the University programs, to determine the effectiveness of current and future initiatives;

  • Contribute to other ad hoc initiatives regarding the University Relations Programs and the overall EMEA Talent Acquisition strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree. Masters degree is a plus

  • Preferred 2 years demonstrated experience in University Recruiting and/or University Relations, including first hand recruitment experience and events management;

  • Proven ability to build external relationships and credibility, as well as internal influence cross-functionally with Human Resources (HR) partners, Hiring Managers, and core business teams;

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities, while maintaining flexibility to shift priorities as needed to meet business objectives;

  • Ability to present to all levels of management and academia with strong communication and storytelling skills;

  • Strong organizational skills to navigate complexity across the different areas of responsibility;

  • Fluent English, both written and verbal;

  • Strong computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote;

  • Strong team player and passion for the Nike brand.
