Nike SECURITY MANAGER in Laakdal, Belgium
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
Reporting to the Director WD+C ELC and EMEA Regional Security Director, you will implement the security strategy on Campus supported by the outsourced partnerships and vendors. You will work closely with cross functional leadership within 24/7 Distribution, Nike EHS and HR. You manage business relationships and will complete aligned security initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Nike senior leaders and different teams across our organization.
WHAT YOU BRING:
+5 years professional work experience in security management, experience in the private sector for multinational organizations is a plus
Proficiency in physical/electronic security planning and access control, intrusion alarm, command center/control room, monitoring, and response operations.
Experience in site assessment and risk mitigation.
Inspirational people manager that leads and coaches team success and performance
Proven contract manager to set and continuously improves for outsourced services
Expertise in security and emergency response
Shown skills in project and vendor management in a fast-evolving environment with a proactive attitude and solution minded approach
Effective communicator, proficient in Dutch and English, in a highly dynamic, multicultural, and diverse work environment

We’re looking for a Nike Security Manager for the development and execution of our effective strategy to assess and mitigate security risks at Nike ELC in Laakdal, Belgium! This role will maintain the continuity of operations, will manage security issues or incidents, and will safeguard the European Logistics Campus’ infrastructure, products, brand, and employees. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
In this role you’ll ensure the oversight, leadership and management of the outsourced security personnel and the contract with our security suppliers and partners. You will set a yearly ELC security strategy, aligned with Global security standards and guidelines, and define the yearly budget for Security services and solutions. When required, you will facilitate crisis response protocols and crisis management teams while partnering with Nike ELC and Global security partners. Local law enforcement and government connections will be nurtured by you on behalf of Nike, while ensuring our compliance to national law and regulations. You will coordinate and conduct site assessments, threat and risk vulnerability assessments and advise on design, trends or innovations and will implement required mitigation plans. Responsibilities also include the evaluation and coordination of security monitoring, alarms, and responses in several 24/7 on site control centers.
