1.掌握店铺各项营运工作，熟练操作收银机进行正常交易、履行送货和收货职责、为销售区提供货物、履行清洁职责、协助进行商品陈列。

2.担任消费者和初级水平员工的产品知识顾问。主动学习和提升销售技巧、耐克产品和文化、客户服务技术的知识。

3.协助领导、高级员工和经理培训初级员工。

4.主动提供顾客服务以协助预防损失工作。对入店行窃或者内部偷窃事件保持警惕并且向主管报告可疑活动。
