The annual base salary for this position ranges from $97,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $217,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Jordan Brand is seeking a dynamic Lead, Partner Rep to handle relationships with one of our partner/strategic accounts. This role will serve as Jordan Brand’s key on the ground business liaison. Are you passionate about the Jordan Brand, have a strong background in sales, account management, and outstanding at building and cultivating relationships with retailers?

You'll also have outstanding multitasking abilities, a high degree of organization, the ability to analyze wholesale and retail business results, and a flair for engaging presentations!

Art and Science are interconnected in this role! We're looking for someone with strong retail competence, an ability to manipulate sales data into weekly, monthly and seasonal recaps and derive actionable insights to drive business decisions. You'll also lead a stock to sales plan and build recommended, and as needed, action plans.

On the art side of things it's a person that is curious about the Jordan consumer, sport retail marketplace trends able to deliver compelling presentations through seasonal sell ins.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As the lead Jordan brand liaison you will run account-facing meetings, lead day to day showroom operations, logistics and order entry reconciliation. While driving sales growth through assigned seasonal targets and handling at-once sales opportunities.

A typical day/week looks like:

  • Accountability – Develop and deliver strategic plans against financial targets

  • Relationship – Serve as Jordan’s primary point of contact within designated marketplace

  • Integration – Serve as a liaison and advocate for our account partners to our internal teams

  • Pre-season – Build assortment and sell-in strategy, develop financial forecast for total portfolio, implement partner engagement meetings

  • In-season – Pursue in-season at-once orders, monitor sales trends, provide marketplace insights, and ensure MAP compliance

  • Operational – Ensure orders are entered fully and on time, develop solutions for late or canceled orders

  • Marketing – Help facilitate any additional brand marketing events with specific product launches

  • Product – Sample management, showroom set up and takedown seasonally

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

If this is you, you’ll be working with an internal cross-functional team across Marketplace, Merchandising, Planning and Brand Marketing in addition to your Marketplace Operations Team, account buyers, planners and leadership teams, reporting into the Marketplace Director for your assigned account base.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5-7 years of experience within Sales and/or Merchandising

  • Planning and/or sales analytics is a plus

  • Bachelor’s or 4-year degree or 8 years of experience in lieu of degree

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. which may include samples and sales materials

  • Any country-specific items required by local laws (check with your local legal partners)

  • Ability to travel (up to 25%)
