Principal Domain Architect GTM/Converse/BMResponsibilities :

  • Works closely with Go to Market, BrandMarketing & Sports Marketing Domain leaders (business and technology)

  • Works closely with GTM businessarchitect to develop domain architecture roadmaps

  • Partners with Converse leaders toensure global technology alignment

  • Partners with Geography leaders toensure global technology alignment

  • Works across Enterprise Architectureteams to influence a technical vision that moves the business forward

  • Works closely with ReferenceArchitecture Leader to ensure technology alignment with business drivers

  • Provides technology guidance and insightto business and technology Domain leaders

  • Ensures architecture alignment acrossdomains and enabling functions (verticals and horizontals)

  • Leads large cross domain architectureinitiatives

  • Ensures solution designs areconsistent and developed based on domain roadmaps, reference architectures andenterprise platforms

  • Leads team of solution architects andtechnical architects

  • Ensures entire domain is adequatelystaffed with solution and technical architects

  • Provides expert technical advice todomain architecture team

  • Work closely with key partners (AWS, Microsoft,SAP, etc.) to ensure technology roadmap alignments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Scienceor Business Information Management

  • 10+ years in technology architectroles

  • 5+ years as lead architect

  • 5+ years in leading teams

  • 5+ years providing technicalleadership to business & cross-functional teams

  • 10+ years in hands-on softwareengineering

  • 3+ years working with cloudtechnologies

  • Prior experience in designing andimplementing highly scalable solutions in a distributed cloud based environment

  • Solid skills using Agilemethodologies, with familiarity in other methodologies as projects may require

  • Strong understanding of consumer goodsmarketing and sales life cycles

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong influencing skills

  • Experience working in large globalorganizations

  • Ability toquickly cut though complex issues and chooses best solutions and course ofaction
