Description

As our Trim Development Coordinator, you will focus on trim excellence by working closely with the trim development team. You will proactively support in all aspects of trim development, from item set up to timely commercialization. You will collaborate with the team on both creative and technical projects as well as assist in seasonal research. You will provide organizational support through various digital and physical formats as well as help build development tools. You will be in daily communication with vendors and other cross functional partners to track on seasonal developments, problem solve through challenges and monitor progress to deadlines.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Minimum 3 years related work experience, preferably in design or textiles or an Associates degree in design or textiles and 1 year experience

  • Basic working knowledge of MS Office applications

  • A positive team player attitude with strong communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing resources and deadlines

  • Proactive with strong problem solving skills

  • Organized & detail oriented

  • Ability to work on both creative and technical tasks

  • Apparel development process knowledge is preferred

  • Knowledge of various material types: trims or textiles is a plus

  • Adobe Illustrator and/or 3D software knowledge is a plus
