Description

  1. Be in support of the Sales Team

-Help sales team creating the tools for the sell in season

-Analyze products range profitability by categories/territories

-Sample support

-Store shelves analysis

  1. Lead and deliver consumer study

-Elaborate consumer study & drive the project from beginning to end

-Ensure analysis of this study and implementation of the action plan

-Lead and drive the stakeholders involved in the project

-Create the supports to present to other territories

-Create the pan European stores data base

-Have a global view on Nike Products proposition

-Be supportive on NPD analysis/presentation

  1. Be in support of the Ops Team

-Work closely with sales to maximize shipments of customers’ orders

-Provide structure feedback of shipping evolution, deviation from projected performance, expected issues.

-Support cross functional Order Management related processes through internal stake holders

-Cleanse order book to maintain kpi’s for shipping, holds, Value Added services (VAS), allocations, Integrated Delivery planning (IDP), Coverage…

-Maintain supply chain performance: on time delivery, inventory efficiencies, carrier performance

-Become a key player of the sales organization, providing solutions to business needs related to supply chain.

-Help to identify and solve account issues related to products orders, deliveries teams

Qualifications

4th/5th year of Business School with specialty in Marketing/Sales

Strong ability to communicate with people on different levels, nationalities and cultures within and outside of the organization
