Nike Senior Administrative Assistant II - Korea in Seoul, South Korea

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who has a proven ability working at the executive level, in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You have strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. The candidate needs to have the ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and utilize a keen attention to detail as well as strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence in English.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will perform a wide range of administrative duties. These include extensive calendar/schedule management - planning and organizing meetings, appointments with business partners as well as developing agendas for executive team meetings, write meeting minutes, follow up on action items resulting from the meeting. You will also support and arrange visit for high profile visitors regarding logistics, planning agenda, ongoing communication and coordinating events.

Prioritizing and ensuring that reports, business papers and correspondence are dealt with efficiently and promptly is part of the responsibility as well as handling confidential and non-routine information and facilitating communication between appropriate departments. You will also manage executives’ travel and expense budget, provide assistance for Executive support with bookings, translation and other areas required for foreigner support and provide managerial oversight for Admin Assistant.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

The Senior Administrative Assistant will directly report to Senior Director, NDDC (Nike Direct Digital Commerce) of Nike Korea. You will also support Korea functional leaders.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum 2 years of administrative work experience required including executive level support experience. Experience working with budgets preferred.

• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle highly confidential and sensitive information.

• High proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.

• Ability to work and communicate effectively across teams, including comfort working with senior level executives.

• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment with superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.

• Ability to occasionally work outside of core business hours.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English / Korean.
