Nike Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Nike.com/App Womens Korea in Seoul, South Korea

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for the Digital Marketing Senior Manager who is an expert in Digital Marketing, with a deep understanding of consumers, their lifestyle, how they build brand relationships, and how they shop online. The candidate needs to deliver on Brand and Business objectives, connecting our members with the innovation, experiences and stories that make Nike the industry-leading sport and lifestyle brand. The candidate will be a team player and a go-getter, curious and eager to innovate, to test, learn and evolve. They will leverage data and consumer insights while appreciating the creative process. With knowledge of marketing technology, the online to offline journey, and direct-to-consumer channels, the candidate will be a thought partner and leader, always with the consumer at the center.

This role will bring best-in-class brand and commerce experiences to life for female consumers, delivering commerce growth and brand equity across Nike owned digital channels.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you will serve as an integral member of the Digital Marketing team to lead and implement an accelerated digital offense, establishing Nike App/Nike.com as the pinnacle destination for everything Nike. This will include acting as subject matter expert of owned platforms, by providing deep knowledge of the digital capabilities to maximize Nike owned digital channels to elevate the consumer brand experience and drive female consumer engagement and retention.

You will be responsible for planning and executing centralized, seasonal & 365 engagement plans and marketing campaigns featuring priority product and brand stories to meet brand and business objectives. This will include collaborating with teammates in business functions as well as other marketing sub-functions to co-develop Offline to Online (O2O) marketing plans, enabling connected journeys across the ecosystem. In partnership with the Analytics team, you will deliver regular marketing performance updates to improve the way we communicate and connect with our consumers, promoting a test-and-learn, iterative marketing culture.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role, you will sit in the Digital Marketing team, reporting to the Digital Marketing Director. You will work with agency partners for planning and publishing needs and collaborate with the multiple teams to review metrics and insights. You will also partner with Business, Analytics, Store, Media, Brand, and Creative teams to orchestrate end-to-end consumer journeys, owning the womens consumer journey on Nike.com and App platforms from strategy to execution.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in marketing (including 4+ years at Digital marketing field including App activation)

• Experience driving App downloads through Marketing Campaign and App Store Optimization (ASO)/Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Hands-on expertise on marketing analytics, deriving useful insights and applying findings, along with creative marketing planning skills.

• Strong oral and written communication skills (in both English and Korean) including meeting facilitation and making strategic recommendations and persuasive presentations to leadership.

• Excellent organizational and project leadership skills with proven ability to juggle between the details and big picture, manage multiple and competing projects and priorities. Team player with experience working collaboratively and effectively in a matrix organization.

• Comfortable with a culture of always-on testing and learning, including the rapid application of consumer signals into strategy, planning, and content iteration.

• Ability to thrive within a fast-paced, high energy, skilled team of marketers that have a passion for sport and culture and creating meaningful connections between consumers and the Nike brand.
