FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
-Bachelor’s degree or additional 2 years experiences in lieu of degree.
-6 years experiences in Retail Marketing / Marketing focus on Brick & Mortar environment, and understanding digital platforms and how they are connected.
-Sports, Fashion, Footwear, Apparel, Equipment, or relevant consumer products industries.
-Strong marketing and consumer market acumen.
-Storytellers who push boundaries, inspiring consumers to chase their potential / do more sport, bring Nike to life for consumers and make them fall in love with the brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIE
-Develop & Create retail storytelling strategies & plans for assigned stories that fuels consumer journeys & experiences to powers the flywheel - Shop, Do, Spread & Discover Sport.
-Drive the E2E process for Seasonal Must Win stories from plan to execution.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & DELIVERABLES
-Orchestrate in store consumer journeys for all Nike retail concepts in the GC Marketplace that build awareness, acquire new members & reengage existing members, to Make Sport a Daily Habit.
-Develop & Create consumer journeys informed by historical data, analytics, real time consumer insights & marketplace feedback to inform the future (coming seasons) strategies, plans, briefs, to support business and member outcomes
-Develop immersive storytelling & experiences, against consumer, brand, business outcomes and KPIs, including commercial stories and non-seasonal storytelling strategies
-Partner with Global & Greater China cross functional teams to develop & execute thoughtful O2O journeys leveraging product, service, experience & marketing levers, ensuring stores are part of the connected journeys.
-Develop briefs for seasonal & 365 storytelling assets & experiences for assigned stories by concepts are retail right and meet the needs of the retail marketplace & concepts, which informs deliverables across brand architecture stories for Marketing Functions.
-Drive Executional Excellence at Retail.
-React marketing tactics based on weekly trade meeting alignments and business needs.
-Act as a mentor and peer coach and develop a dynamic, inclusive & positive working relationship across teams and function
