Responsible for the sales operations of the organization. Develops and implements sales strategies, monitors customer, competitor and industry activity. Responsible for research, business development and sales administration.

Provides support of the pre- or post-sales process and external customers’ needs, not actual selling. Direct interaction with customers or consumers via phone, e-mail and chat in order to resolve issues, facilitate order placement, or answer questions.

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree required in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant or a related field.
