Nike Digital Project Assistant Manager, NDDC (Nike Direct Digital Commerce) in Shanghai, China

What you will bring:

  • -Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years of work experience, including at least 2 years IT consulting and/or Internet company with digital product specialties is a must.

  • -High proficiency or expertise with database, statistical and business intelligence systems (e.g. SAS, SPSS, SAP, ORACLE, etc.) is a significant plus. Project/program management experience is a plus.

  • -Strong communication skills - written and spoken English and Mandarin.

  • -Solid skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project management related tools (e.g. MS PROJECT, ASANA, etc.)

  • -Collaborative nature with strong interpersonal skills & coordination abilities.

  • -Strong problem-solving skills with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

  • -Be enthusiastic and dedicated on delivering value added initiatives and/or projects.

Who we are looking for:

The COE DIGITAL PROJECT team is a unique program within NDDC digital operation and consumer services function, serving the entire Nike digital business by driving innovative initiatives and projects to achieve operational excellence. Currently, we are looking for a digital project assistant manager with deep knowledge and extensive experience on digital solution development. This role will act as a technical and digital product expert to support the digital project team on innovative project planning and execution. Simultaneously, it will play an important role in bridging the consumer insight and the digital operations

What you will work on:

  • -Be responsible for supporting end to end digital projects within digital operation and consumer service function under Nike Direct Digital Commerce, to ensure successful project landing to achieve operation excellence

  • -Act as a COE liaison to consumer service team through driving relevant initiative/projects rollout and deliveries to ensure the effective bridging between consumer service and digital operation

  • -Act as a subject matter expert on technology and digital product during the project planning and execution process to provide digital and technology insights to leaders and management teams

  • -Coordinate and manage initiative/project development, planning and prioritization process across functions. Drive and guide initiative owners to set initiative objectives, development detailed plans and define KPIs.

  • -Drive key X-function stakeholder collaboration. Work closely with x-functional leaders and working team from, platform business team, technology team, digital studio, enterprise data and analytics team, supply chain and other functions

  • -Create and develop useful tool including but not limited to work back schedules, key milestones calendars, etc. to maximize transparency and keep tracking on the progress of cross functions

Who you will work with:

You will be working with a large, diverse team of people across NDDC. Your day-to-day will be working within the COE digital project team, which represents an important portion of functions that drives innovation and operation excellence

Outside your immediate team, you will be required to work closely with other members of digital operation and CS team, including platform site operation, asset management, digital loss prevention, technology (ND&E and ED&A), supply chain, digital business, as well as other important functions within Nike marketplace. Last but not least, you will also be interacting regularly with the counterparts from other GEOs and Nike Global.
