Nike DIR, GC Data & Analytic Enablement - Shanghai in Shanghai, China


• 8-10 or more years of demonstrated ability in building data & analytics products, including 8 years in product management or analytics management

• Track record of bringing successful data products & analytics service to market

• Deep understanding of the iterative, user-driven, customer/product discovery process

• Experience leading teams of Product Managers or data analysts

• Has an in-depth expertise in consumer focused data including but not limiting to membership, personalization, consumer profiling, consumer web analytics…etc.

• Has experience in working with both 3rd party data agencies

• In-depth knowledge of the relation between business process and the Products in the Program

• Excellent collaboration and relationship management

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally

• Experience resolving issues with higher levels of management

• Experience leading cross-functional work

• Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively

• Experience leading others in resolving complex issues

• Advanced critical thinking and ability to creatively solve complex, unique problems with large business impact

• Identify and resolve complex, technical operational and organizational problems

• Strong in strategic thinking

• Address current and future customer needs through innovative solutions

• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve both process and people related issues

• Domain experience in data science and data management software is a plus


• Developing and leading a team of experts in data product & service/data management/data governance responsible for driving customer data literacy and business acuity that drives value through awareness, adoption and expansion of ED&A products and services.

• Lead the creation of a multi-year roadmap for gc enterprise data & analytics product in partnership with Engineering teams and the business

• Utilizing a "customer-centric" attitude in crafting roadmaps and building products/platforms that both meet current and future enterprise needs

• Work with partners to define Business needs, outcomes and value and ensure roadmaps are aligned to those needs

• Use a value framework to make decisions

• Drive the execution steps of product management in accordance with the value framework

• Track value delivered, product adoption, performance, and execution against the roadmap and adjusting roadmaps as vital

• Developing strategies to ensure they deliver outsized value to Global Tech quickly and are built to be scalable and agile

• Bringing outstanding market and industry insights to platform and product strategy

• Building strong influencing and communication skills as you will need to direct analytics and business partners towards understanding data management
