Assist global IP team with design patent, copyright and trademark prosecution and clearance.
Utility/Invention patent prosecution and enforcement.
Monitor GC markets and identify possible infringements in the region.
Support GC IP attorneys to develop IP strategy.
Manage and track IP portfolio and provide information for business needs.
Manage and conduct background and prior art searches.
Provide tools and information to assist in enforcement of design rights.
Support invention capture of local innovation teams.
Support IP policy work in GC.
Maintain Asia IP Transactions database and prepare weekly updates on active deals.
Support GC disputes with evidence gathering and documents preparation.
Manage and track GC IP portfolio and provide information for business needs.
Bachelor or above degree, major in Engineering or Law.
Good analytical skills and well organized with good communication skills.
Good team player who can work well independently and able to work under pressure.
Openness to ideas, able to demonstrate an ability to initiate change and influence other.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin essential.
PRC Bar or Chinese patent agent certificate is a plus
