WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
GC PGTM team is working for a seasoned content management manger to join the dynamic team. He/she will drive the end to end process of content management to empower NIKE's retail partner understanding NIKE product innovation during the sell-in journey.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You are the center of excellence of sell-in content management (across visual, video, copy, relevant content tools and the content delivery). You drive synergy among different stakeholders (both on Global level and Geo level) along the sell-in journey, leading towards world-class sell-in content to serve NIKE’s retail partners.
You lead the seasonal content management master plan, you deeply understand NIKE's seasonal business priority and work with cross function teams to clearly map out idea, action and timeline that would best serve NIKE's retailer sell-in journey effectively through the lens of content E2E.
You are accountable for the execution of the aligned plan. You will closely partnership with global and Geo team mates and lead content team to bringing the plan to life with high quality and excellence. You will also keep relevant stakeholders informed of the execution status and expected results so as to enable them smoothly using the content handed over by you.
You serve as the 'think tank' of content in GC. You identify user-insights-based opportunities in driving continual process improvements and delivering efficiency. You do this through systematic tear-down with cross function teams as well as direct engagement with content ender users.
You are the main contact window with global content team. you will drive strong alignment between global content team and GC content team so as to ensure the sufficiency of global support as well as landing global projects in GC smoothly.
