Nike Lead, Finance GC in Shanghai, China
Summary: Nike Marketplace Finance team is looking for a finance lead, being a trusted partner of Nike Owned Digital team. Owned digital is the backbone of NDDC business and are expected to continuously lead GC digital business growth. There are four owned digital/platform touchpoints – Nike App, SNKRS App, mainland China website and Hong Kong website. Finance plays very important role in informing and facilitating the platform positioning and decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Nike Owned Digital team in driving attributable and incremental impact on key commercial, operational and consumer objectives.
Engineer financial framework and guardrail to drive sustainable growth model.
Deliver excellence against key financial strategic touchpoints, including CSR (3-year long term financial and strategic planning), AOP, budgeting, forecasting for new platform.
Provide in-year performance management through timely and insightful financial analysis to derive actionable insights to drive business decisions
Closely monitor progress, understand implications, and drive meaningful action plans.
Set clear financial guardrail for moments planning and drive surgical promotion and discount management.
Develop business cases for owned platforms feature enhancement, facilitating tech investment prioritization and drive value realization.
Support ad-hoc digital projects based on needs
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related areas is required; MBA, CPA, ACCA or CMA is preferred but not required.
8+ years of relevant work experience in FP&A with strong skill on data analysis and financial planning, as well as ability to solve complex problems combining pragmatic solution and strategic thinking
Business acumen and strategic mindset. A strong business thought partner
Strong analytical skills. Ability to provide insights based on financial and non-financial information
Works well in a cross-functional collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate across distance, to multiple functions, and to different level of management
Have the agility to work under pressure and ambiguity
