  • A member of the SEC Technology team with Global responsibility and Greater China accountability

  • Technology Partner to the Greater China SEC Program Lead

  • Driving enterprise platform adoption and recognize where Greater China differences drive purposeful value. Ensure Greater China integration with globally aligned process, solutions and tools

  • Accountable for ensuring that the needs of Supply Chain, NDE, Geo Tech, Tech Ops, and Data & Analytics are being delivered for Greater China

  • Orchestrates across those 5 Greater China Tech teams and Global Tech organizations to be a single conduit from/to the SEC program for Greater China

  • Identify strategic Tech Greater China intersections enabled by SEC program and prioritizes the implementation roadmap for Greater China

  • Builds strong, internal partnerships to foster collaboration, strategic alignment, integrated planning and execution across Greater China of all Tech-related activities

  • Establishes an integrated SEC roadmap of activities, events and value drops for Greater China with views of x-EPICs, x-Functions, x-[Wholesale, Retail & Digital], Enterprise Technology and local solutions to ensure remediation and readiness

  • Partners with SEC Transformation Change Office to assess change impact and define transition management and training strategies for Greater China focusing on Technology needs

  • Oversees coordination and execution of Greater China Tech-related TM and training within the Greater China to ensure change readiness & user adoption

  • Partners to develop and operationalize ongoing support and enhancement models

  • Leads Greater China tech efforts to ensure value creation and overall user adoption
