The Role
We are looking for an expert for the Insights & Analytics team of Tmall & JD.com platform with sufficient experience in working on large volume of data and proven success catalyzing insights to action. You will be working closely with cross functional team through data and analytics of business performance and marketplace opportunities identifying.
Key Responsibilities
Weekly trade read and react, monthly and quarterly business review cross digital platforms
Analytics of key moments, campaigns, seasonal hindsight to optimize future business with key learnings and opportunities
Instant reporting and monitor during big moments from marketplace and internal performance for live OPS
Optimize scorecards/dashboards to empower responsive read & react
Deep-dive analysis of industry/competitors performance and mechanism strategy
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Econometrics, or related fields
At least 5 years working experience in data analytics area
Sufficient experience in business analytics and product analytics with in-depth understanding of ecommerce game rules in digital platforms, such as Tmall, JD.com, etc.
Fluency in SQL, Python; competency with statistical packages such as R, MATLAB, SPSS, SAS, Stata, etc., familiar with dashboard building and tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.).
Expertise in synthesizing findings that translate into meaningful insights
Ability to multi-task in a fast moving, dynamic business environment with different levels of requests
Good English communications skills in both written and verbal
