Responsible for the strategy, planning & development of Converse marketplace, esp. Converse stores, Drive the implementation of Nike marketplace strategy by planning & executing key store-related initiatives. Job Description
Fleet Mapping & City Cluster Strategy Development:
Lead/participate in defining strategic vision & initiatives of future stores, landlord partnership & consumer intelligence.
Co-work with marketplace team leaders to ensure objectives are aligned and integrated.
Co-work with other GC functions to develop a consolidated and actionable plan.
Fleet Planning & Transformation:
Lead the process of transforming/upgrading existing stores under long-term strategic goals.
Real Estate and marketplace analysis
Define Annual fleet plan and review support criteria based on marketplace status and needs
SNL AEC meeting (fleet assignment & allocation alignment)
Annual & Seasonal fleet plan & result tracking
Drive cross-functional collaboration to mitigate risks and unlock opportunities during execution.
Identify relevant measures and drive accountability for on-going business performance against strategic objectives.
Communication of Strategy:
Fleet strategy communication & discussion.
Support important external meetings/summits to communicate the vision and strategic initiatives.
Key landlord partnership
Maintain National key landlord relationship, monitor performance and develop plan
Support Strategy fleet negotiation and alignment (Key fleet WHSL & all fleet of DTC)
Requirement
Degree holder with minimum 4 years relevant work experience
Strategic thinking, drive the future, champion and embrace change
Excellent written & spoken communication skills, both in English and Chinese
Ability to work with different functions and senior business leaders in a matrix organization
Direct experience in consumer goods / retail / real estate is a plus
