Nike Sr. Total rewards operation specialist, Greater China in Shanghai, China


  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  2. Minimum of 3-5 years directly relevant work experience.

  3. Domain knowledge on stock administration.

  4. Strong understanding on China tax regulation/ calculation.

  5. Independent worker with strong execution.

  6. High agility on change management, apt to work under pressure.

  7. Good team player and high service sense.

  8. Demonstrate initiative and attention to detail.

  9. Language requirement (e.g. Fluency in English required.)

Role Summary

Nike’s Total Rewards team delivers high-reaching and equitable rewards to meet the diverse needs of our teammates and reinforce our values while delivering a premium employee experience. We are looking for a Sr. Total Rewards Operation Specialist to support NIKE, Inc.’s stock and compensation operations in China. This position will perform the day to day support in partnership with colleagues across HR, Accounting, Legal, Finance, vendors (Fidelity/ HSBC) and SAFE officers.

This role (based in Shanghai) will report to the Total Rewards Operation Directors, AP.

Key Responsibilities


− Support the development and implementation of broad-based educational programs and communications related to Nike Stock Plans (Annual Stock Award/ Mid-year Stock Award/ Sign-on Stock Award/ ESPP)

− Assist in enhancing and documenting equity-related procedures, polices and controls

− Process stock taxation, payment, reporting, communication on monthly basis

− Manage compensation operations including retail incentive calculation, min. wage audit and etc.

− Drive vendor delivery per SLA and manage vendor performance through centralization & simplification

− Be able to Identify and solve a range of problems in straightforward situations as well as putting employee experience at priority.

− Dedicate to operational excellence by keeping identifying improvement opportunity and leading the change following LEAN methodology.
