Nike Wechat/Social Business Operation Assistant Manager, Nike Direct Digital Commerce in Shanghai, China


  • -Bachelor or Master’s degree required , 3+ years professional experience with proven track performance in eCom business . Wechat platform experience is preferred

  • -Strong analytical skills & comfort with getting deep into the numbers. Proven capability to use data to drive business decisions & plan optimization.

  • -Strong communication skills -can communicate effectively with X-functional teams to drive alignment and constructive output in large scale corporate

  • -Strong oral/written skills in both English and Chinese, be able to create and deliver presentations on complex business issues.

  • -Open minded, entrepreneurship, result driven mindset with problem solving skills.

Reporting to Director of Wechat Mini-Program and Social, this position will own and drive the day-to-day business operations of WeChat Mini Program. Enable our WeChat business to serve our digital consumers, reach/exceed financial goals and build the Nike brand by driving membership, traffic, engagement, conversion and profitable revenue on our Nike On WeChat Mini-Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • -Lead & accountable for day to day store business operations and KPIs including building up seasonal business plan and ensure efficient carry out by closely working with Nike internal cross-functional teams to achieve business results

  • -Partner with marketing team to do holistic seasonal campaign planning to drive better campaign journey and activity synergy

  • -Partner with the operations, consumer services and technical teams to ensure we are running our day to day business efficiently and effectively.

  • -Partner with marketing, site merchandise to drive high efficacy and engaging consumer journey

  • -Drives weekly read/react recommendations & execution based on assessment of prior week performance, consumer and sport trends, analytical insights, & input from platform x-functional team

  • -Drives regular communication cadence with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunity and action plan in each season based on solid findings and learnings

  • -Provides hindsight report, focus on action recap and learnings through daily business operations.

  • -Improve workflows, collaboration, and efficiency as the business scales
