Nike Lead, Partner Rep NSP Canada in Toronto, Ontario

PLEASE NOTE: This hybrid position is 4 days/week at our Downtown Toronto Head Office (Mondays to Thursdays) and Fridays (remote office) and is an individual contributor role.

Who we are looking for

A Lead Partner Representative that is passionate about the brand and will be responsible in driving a portion of the Nike Store Partner (NSP) business located in Canada.

You must be a consumerist at heart, with an understanding of sophisticated business issues and the ability to creatively address problems for Nike Canada through the lens of our consumer.

A successful candidate will bring a consistent track record improving data, insights, and analytics to make decisions and inspire change, with a proven understanding of product and business trends.

What you will work on

You will lead a portion of the Nike Store Partner business in Canada and provide account feedback to key partners, including the Senior Manager for NSP.

Use market knowledge on product trends, pricing and the competition to improve product placement and sell through for the best representation of our brand.

Grounded in data analytics to advise consumer-right strategic direction and opportunity, you will develop accurate and realistic go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, forecasts and strategic plans.

Conduct seasonal business reviews with NSP buyers, develop and complete distribution plans, supervise the marketplace and elevate assortment plans.

You will meet all reporting goals in a timely and consistent manner while maintaining positive internal relationships.

Provide outstanding customer service by developing and maintaining positive relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer’s business.

Who you will work with

While reporting to the Nike Canada Senior Manager of NSP, you will partner with the NSP buyers and allocators regularly when developing plans and forecasts

You'll engage internal Nike corporate teammates (Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, Finance) who will help to support, drive and collaborate in making informed decisions in the best interest of both Nike and the Store Partner.

You will establish and maintain strong communication with North American counterparts to ensure alignment within the business.

What you bring

  • You have 4+ years proven experience in strategic account management, driving and implementing the long-term strategy for the account

  • Strength in developing and clearly communicating a strategic viewpoint to help instill trust, establish relationships, and nurture credibility amongst team members.

  • A proven track record of using industry, consumer and account data, to inspire change

  • Team first mentality with an enterprise approach to grow both business and internal culture as part of a ONE TEAM environment

  • Skills to lead and influence cross functional peers in professional discussions and often sophisticated decisions

  • Bachelors’ Degree suggested or higher in the field of sales or economics or relevant topic

  • Ability to travel as required to sales meetings across Canada & USA

  • GEO/Territory/International travel as required (GTM, key accounts, industry meetings)
